For NFL fans waiting to see when their teams will be playing come next season, the full schedule will be revealed on May 12.
People are counting down the days for the 2022 NFL season to arrive. Week 1 may still be over four months away, but the excitement is already through the roof for what’s to come in early September.
The good news for NFL fans is that the 2022 schedule is going to be released in the near future. On Thursday, it was announced that the full breakdown of games will be dropped for people to check out come May 12.
NFL fans can’t wait for the 2022 schedule to be released
There’s already so much drama leading up to Week 1 it’s unreal. This has been one of the wildest offseasons for the league, as stars like Davante Adams, Russell Wilson, Tyreek Hill and others have been traded.
With Adams, the thought of him catching balls for the Raiders and not the Packers is strange to think about. The same can be said for Wilson and Hill, as they’re getting ready to suit up for the Broncos and Dolphins, respectively.
Before the 2022 schedule is announced, people will of course be tuned into the NFL Draft. The first round is all set to take place on Thursday, April 28. Aidan Hutchinson is expected to be taken No. 1 overall by the Jaguars, who have been busy themselves this offseason.
After the draft, people will then turn their attention to the schedule release. The Buffalo Bills will enter the season as the favorites to win the Super Bowl, but the Los Angeles Rams will be ready to try and repeat as champs as well. The new campaign can’t really get here soon enough and fans are pumped.
